UPGRADED to Turkey!!
Hold W to charge up a kick, fly from tree and shoot eggs from hill!

The Turkey is a tier 9 animal in Mope.io, and is the equivalent of the Cheetah, Toucan, Gorilla, Pufferfish, Snow Leopard and Rattlesnake.

Technical[]

  • Upgrades from the Cobra, Giraffe, Stingray, Camel, Walrus, Snowy Owl or Raven at 40K XP.
  • Upgrades to the Bear, Tiger, Swordfish, Pelican, Gobi Bear, Hyena or Wolf at 90K XP.
  • It can consume all food items in the game except for Cacti, Cactus Pears, Dates and Berries. Prey of the Turkey includes all animals within the range of tier 8 to tier 3 (Cobra to Mole).
  • Predators of the Turkey includes all animals that within the range of tier 10 to tier 17 (Bear to Black Dragon).
  • The Turkey's ability has three separate effects:
    • When pressing W on a hill, the Turkey will shoot out a small egg that will stun any creature that it comes into contact with, and take away some of its health. It will also say "Gobble!" in the chat.
    • When pressing W on top of a tree, the Turkey will fly.
    • When pressing W on low ground, the Turkey will charge and gain speed. If W is released, the Turkey will kick whatever animal is in front of it (like the Cassowary's ability).

Appearance[]

The Turkey is a large brown bird, with brown wings that have lighter brown feathery tips, a blue head with two brown stripes, a small sharp beak, and a plumy tail with brown and red feathers.

As a Turkey[]

  • Its charge ability can be used for either offense or defense.
    • For offense, the player can find a low-health predator and quickly charge up to them and bite their tails, potentially killing them by pressing W. Of course, the same can be done with prey. The player should make sure to release the W button so they can kick them once they get close enough!
    • For defense, if a predator comes at the player, they should just charge away, making sure no hills or rocks are blocking their pathway that may potentially slow them down. Another way to use the Turkey's abilities as defense is by going on a tree and then flying away from predators. The player should be sure to get close to a tree if they want this strategy to work.
  • As for shooting eggs, it should be done for defense and not offense, as the eggs don't do much damage.
    • Eggs are a benefit for the player if they're shooting them at prey, as it stuns them and then they can quickly turn around and eat them.
    • However, having to turn around away from prey makes it harder to hunt using the egg shooting ability, so it is better to charge at them, as this stuns them whilst also allowing the player to be nearby and bite them even more.
  • Food-wise, the player can go to a Beehive to eat some Honey Bees and Honeycomb, exercising caution to avoid being tailbit.
