- What is this wiki about?
- This is is a wiki that aims to document all canon aspects pertaining to the online browser game Mope.io. Mope.io is a multiplayer 2D top-down animal evolution .io game that was released in October 2016.
- Who owns the wiki?
- No one person "owns" the wiki. However, the staff team, led by the bureaucrats and admins, manage the wiki and make decisions for its betterment. This wiki is hosted by Fandom (formerly Wikia), and is subject to its Terms of Use.
- Is this an official wiki?
- This wiki is recognized as the official wiki for Mope.io. However, this wiki is a collaborative effort by Mope.io players that is run separately to the Mope.io developer team.
- Who can edit?
- Anyone can! All you need is to create an account if you don't already have one, and log in to edit.
- Why can't I edit without an account?
- Due to issues with vandalism, editing is restricted for non-registered users. Anyone with an account may edit this wiki, provided they follow the wiki rules.
- How can I help out?
- See the To-do list for current tasks. Any articles that do not adhere to the Manual of Style or Layout Guide also need fixing. Currently, one of our key focuses is ensuring all Mope.io articles are up to date following the November 15 update.
- I found a bug or glitch in the game, what do I do?
- You should tell the community about it by going to a Social Media source such as the Subreddit or Discord server; the developers often check them and will be able to help. This wiki is not the right place to report bugs.
- Is there a wiki for Mope.io in a language other than English?
- Yes, there are Mope.io Wikis for Spanish, Croatian, Indonesian, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, and Chinese. You can also [[[:Special:CreateNewWiki|create a new Mope.io wiki]] for any other non-English language if you can speak it fluently.

As a wiki, our goals are:
- To document all aspects of Mope.io.
- To ensure all articles adhere to the standards of the editing guide.
- To ensure that all information on articles is up-to-date, referenced when necessary, and does not have misleading information.
- To maintain order and prevent vandalism, unpermitted leaks and unprofessional content from downgrading the quality of articles.
Wiki History
The Mope.io Wiki was founded on October 13, 2016, by NecroTheTank, just over a week after the release of Mope.io.
