The Orange is a food source that spawns in the Desert biome.

Technical[]

  • Oranges spawn uncommonly in the Desert.
    • They will commonly spawn in brown Desert bushes.
  • All animals that are Camel (tier 8) and above can eat Oranges.
  • When eaten, they give around 500+ XP. They also provide a little water.

Appearance[]

The orange is a round fruit with an orange color, and has a green leaf on top of it.

Trivia[]

  • Oranges are specifically mentioned in the upgrade message of the Camel.
  • When the desert was initially released into Beta, Meerkat and above (tier 3) could eat them.
  • Oranges used to spawn on trees and sandhills.
  • Due to a bug involving Tigers' bush logic, Oranges and Melons were previously both unable to spawn in bushes. Until this bug was patched, this meant it was impossible to find Oranges anywhere in Mope.
