The Raspberry, also known as the Blackberry,[note 1] is a food item in Mope.io that spawns in the Arctic and Land biomes. It was introduced on January 20, 2017.
Technical[]
- It can be found in the Land and Arctic biomes. In Land, they will appear on islands within lakes, or in bushes. This is also true for their spawning process in the Arctic, except that raspberries can also appear from snowballs when they combine or yield from extensive water-spitting (use the S key).
- The raspberry typically provides ~20 to ~150 XP when eaten. Animals that eat it will also gain a small amount of water.
- All animals from tiers 3 to tier 17 (Chicken to Black Dragon) can consume the raspberry.
- The raspberry has no Health Bar, and can be eaten in a single hit.
Appearance[]
Current (S2)[]
The "Season 2" era raspberry skin, which is currently used in-game, is a black fruit made up of dozens of smaller drupelets. At the top of the raspberry, the drupelets end to form a small hole in which the hollow area of the raspberry is.
Old (S1)[]
The "Season 1" design of the raspberry is a simpler version of its successor; also a black fruit, it has visible drupelets on its outside, but the inside of the "Season 1" raspberry is simply black fruit with no extra detail.

Trivia[]
- The raspberry used to freeze the animal that ate it in the Arctic biome, but the effect was later removed.
